Do you run a local community group, not for profit organisation or charity?
Do you find that you need to transport your members around, but the cost of your own minibus is just too much?
We also hire out our minibuses to not for profit organisations, community groups, schools, sports clubs, parish councils and friends’ associations to take their members out for the day, get them to the club and home again or any other need you may have for a minibus. As they are fully equipped and able to carry wheelchairs, they are perfect for any type of organisation and will be far cheaper and more cost effective than keeping your own minibus on the road.
We would be delighted to provide you with one of our drivers if you require them (subject to availability) or are welcome to bring your driver down to the local depot and we can get them registered on our system. There are a few checks and requirements that must be met, including a D1 on their full driving licence.
We are always keen to share minibuses with local organisations especially if that are not being used or when inactive and get these vehicles out and about as part of our fleet. Get in touch if you think we can work together. Vehicle hire is subject to availability.
We wanted to write to say a big thank you for the service we received this morning which was flawless from start to finish. All our members on the Dial a Ride minibus were very happy and being able to get on and off the bus with their mobility aids made such a difference. Our driver (Pam) was so friendly, and everyone found her very approachable.
We just wanted to say a massive THANK YOU to the driver who was amazing at supporting the Visually Impaired trip to the Globe theatre yesterday. He was a really calm and careful driver who was brilliant with everyone. Many thanks to him, and to you for organising. We won’t hesitate to contact you for the next VI event we organise.
